Return Policy
We pride ourselves in selling quality products.
Redpaw chooses to provide a ‘goodwill’ returns policy offering an exchange or refund for; store bought non-faulty items, unused and in perfect condition with their undamaged original packaging.
Items that cannot be returned include perishable goods such as raw frozen foods, open pet foods, individual natural treats and pick and mix foods.
Terms and ConditionsÂ
- Customers have 14 days from purchase to tell us they want a exchange or refund, and must return the item within 14 days.
- A refund will not be offered where the customer knew the goods were damaged when they were purchased, or the goods have been tampered with/customer has tried to fix it themselves.
- If goods are faulty or damaged, we will offer a replacement where possible, or refund as above.
- We will refund in cash where possible, or by BACS direct to your bank account within seven working days.
Proof of PurchaseÂ
Customer proof of purchase is required for returns e.g. sales receipt or other evidence such as bank statement or Redpaw packaging.

All claims must be made directly with Redpaw Products by emailing redpawproducts@yahoo.co.uk. Claims will not be recognised if presented by a stockist and/or agent on behalf of the claimant.
The claimant must be able to confirm: That this is their first purchase of the product and it has been used in line with the recommended feeding directions.
The entire contents of the pack has been used.
Details of the animal, including any associated health concern(s) the animal may have and any other details deemed important by the Redpaw representative. This information may be used to provide advice to the claimant and future development.
At the discretion of Redpaw Products, the claimant may be offered a complimentary free pack to continue the trial. If this option is taken, a proof of purchase (i.e. sales receipt) may be requested. No future claim can be made after accepting a complimentary free pack. Alternatively, a full refund may be offered in which case the original proof of purchase must be available.
Please note: Payments will be made to the value of the product as indicated on the proof of purchase up to, but not exceeding the prevailing recommended retail price. Please allow up to 28 days for payment to be made.
Only one claim may be made per household.
This guarantee applies, only, to products listed above and the Money Back Guarantee on our website.
Redpaw Products reserves the right to refuse a claim and/or cancel this guarantee at any time.
