Placing an order

If you have ordered raw foods and do not live within our local delivery area, you will not be able to proceed with your order until you remove the raw items from your cart.

We offer a raw pet food delivery service to the Plymouth, Ivybridge and surrounding areas including Brixton, Yealmpton and now Saltash. We also deliver to South Brent, Avonwick, Totnes and Buckfastleigh. Postcodes include PL1, PL2, PL3, PL4, PL5, PL6, PL7, PL8, PL9, PL12, PL21 (Cornwall – Saltash & Torpoint PL11 & PL12 areas). TQ9, TQ10, TQ11, TQ13

Has my order been placed?

Once you placed and paid for your order, you will receive a email confirmation from us.

I cannot order or find a product - What does this mean?

Please use the search box on our homepage to find the product your looking for.

If you cannot order a product it maybe because you have selected a raw food item and live outside our designated delivery area for these products.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order. You must notify us within 12 hours of your order you wish to cancel. Notification must be made, via email.

We reserve the right to levy a £30 charge to cover any subsequent administrative expenses.

Can I order by phone or email?

We do not offer phone or email orders due security risks with card payments over phone or email.

Shipping & delivery

What happens if my order is delayed?

Please allow up to 7 to 10 working days for delivery of your order. We endeavour to get your parcel to you in less time than this but this allows for us to processes your order and any problems.

Please contact us if your parcel does not arrive within 14 working days of ordering.

When will my order be sent?

Please allow up to 7 to 10 working days for delivery of your order.

What if I have not received my order?

If you haven’t received you order after 7 to 10 working days please email us on pets@redpawpets.co.uk with your order number and will will contact you asap.

Where is my invoice?

You will receive an emailed invoice once you have competed you order and payment has been made.

NOTE: In some case your invoice may be in your junk folder.

I am having an issue with paying at checkout.

Important: Please ensure that your billing address matches the billing address with your account exactly.
